Financial Consultancy
In order to serve our valued clinets, especially those in the energy sector and those dealing in investment and trades, we have regular and panel of financial experts.
Some of these experts are Chartered Accountant/ Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and others are holding degrees in commerce or business administration.
Our these experts are rendering opinions, advisories, helping in management of accounts, audits, corporate matters and, as a special service, development of tariff petitions.
Technical Consultancy
Like the financial consultancy services, this Section also comprises of the professional experts of the field. These engineers are either regular or on panel.
This Section works more particularly in relation to the Energy Sector (particular in relation to generation, transmission & distribution of electric power and the market operation) and the Constrution activities.
Our panel consists of the experts who have their worthy in the market after having served key posts like general managers and chief executive & operating officers in government owned entities.
Legal Consultancy
Mostly this Section is dominated by the existing legal team of the Firm. However, rendering services as the Legal Consultant, this Section fully acts as a professional consultant (rather than a litigation lawyer).
These Consultants serves off-shores also where they deal with variety of work inlcuding advisories, compliances, corporate matters and, in specific, support services to Pakistani citizenships abroad.
The local legal consultancy services are being provided to the investors, business conerns, foreign companies, energy sector and other organisations on various issues including the taxation.
Human Resource Consultancy
This is relatively a new Section of the Firm which has given opinions & advices on different matters related to the human resources.
The Section deals comprises of the persons (inlcuding our Partners & professional experts) who have a vast experience in such matter. The services include the opinions, drafting of service rules, contracts of employment, agreements for lay offs etc.
We have also provided several Human Resource services to the international companies.
